Now in its 8th year what are we expecting this year from Hub festival?
HUB is now in its 8th year running and just keeps getting bigger and
better every year. Utilising social networking tools such as Facebook,
Twitter, MySpace etc, it’s allowed the public to contribute to the way
we organise and programme the festival.
If you missed the Winter Xgames in Tignes, one of our researches came across this Rock Star Party video with a performance from the Decibelles all supported by Electric visual, Method.TV and the Loob Bar.
We had to take this opportunity to pay homage to football which is to set the world alight this summer in the most formidable continent, Africa. More so South Africa. So for us to represent football here we had to choose Puma and their advert the journey to football. Can not wait until it all kicks off in June.
We are being told to listen to Adam Tensta Swedish rapper who is making lots of noise…watch this space…So we found a track he did with Pato Poo also from Sweden and we can see why Adam is going to big this year!

Guinness launches its most ambitious ad yet. In a parallel with the way a pint of Guinness is created, the ad shows a group of men bringing “a world to life.”
Project 2050 was tasked with developing a cause related, community based program in Rio de Janeiro that celebrates sport while incorporating lifestyle elements within a festive setting.
The kids and young adults attending this event were all involved in community service projects from rehabilitating basketball and soccer courts to painting schools and playgrounds. This video is a result of that collaboration.
